This is a pinhole camera. The focal length is 55 mm and shoots at f/108. The "lens" is a .020 inch pinhole in .016 brass.
This is the first photo I took with it.
The exposure times used with it are usually measured in seconds or minutes, sometimes hours.
The film that I now use with it is 4x5" and is rated at ISO 100.
There are no batteries in it.
You have to measure the light using a meter or if you use an iPhone you need an exposure app. Since the exposure time is so long you need to take into consideration the reciprocity factor. You also have to point the camera at your subject and keep it steady. My camera has tripod mounts on 2 sides that allow me to take horizontal or vertical photos. Basically, you point-and-think to take photos with it…one at a time.
